Our Philosophy

The Philosophy of California Bubble Works is simple to state, but not easy to put into the bottle. We strive to make a great Sparkling Wine from Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that is available for everyday enjoyment. The wine is a crisp Rosé produced by the traditional Champagne Method. It is food friendly and approachable. The bold and colorful packaging embodies the “fun” nature of the product.
