Avventura Vintners “California Bubble Works” sparkling wine brings together Champagne’s traditional method of winemaking with Napa’s quality grapes – resulting in a crisp, fresh sparkling wine that goes well with food or as a refreshing drink by itself. Crafted by David Stevens who holds a Masters Degree from the University of California at Davis in Oenology and former winemaker at Domaine Chandon, Avventura’s Blanc de Noir-styled sparkler exhibits a deep coral pink hue, tight mousse, and the fragrance of cherries. It will surprise you with its orchard fruit aromas twisted together with French bread yeastiness.

Made from fruit harvested by selected Napa Valley growers (and friends), our wine is designed to be “food friendly”. Not that we don’t want you to enjoy our sparkler at celebrations, it’s just that we want our wine to be free of any pre-conceptions. Try it as a classic picnic pair with prosciutto and pepper-encrusted goat cheese. Or crack open a chilled bottle with your next roasted salmon bake. With 100% Cabernet Sauvignon in the bottle, our rosé will pair with foods traditionally envisioned with Pinot Noir.
