BUBBLETINI A riff on the classic peach-and- champagne Bellini,
the slightly sweet Bubbletini complements light and spicy food
INGREDIENTS
Ice
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 teaspoons peach schnapps
1/2 teaspoon Chambord
1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 ounces chilled California Bubble Works
1 lemon twist
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, schnapps,
Chambord and lemon juice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with California Bubble Works.
Garnish with the lemon twist.
